Barcelona Trip Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions will be applied to Barcelona, Spain vacation:

• The trip must be chosen from the list of available offered selections provided by A Travel Expert Travel Agency.
• Some date restrictions may apply, and options will be limited during summer months and holidays.
• Trip is limited to two adult travelers (18 and older).
• The value of the trip is good up to $5,000 with taxes to be paid by the recipient.
• The itinerary may be expanded at the expense of the winner.
• All required foreign travel documents, such as passports and visas, are the responsibility of the traveler.
• Any immunizations or other health requirements for specific destinations are the responsibility of the traveler.
• Travelers must comply with all Customs regulations.
• The prize is non-transferable.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Prize must be used or booked before 6/30/2009.
• The winner will receive a 1099 tax form to file with the IRS.
• Additional restrictions may apply.

Contest Rules:

The following rules will be applied consistently:

• The contest is open to U.S. residents. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Louisville Public Media and A Travel Expert Travel Agency employees and their families are not eligible to enter this contest. Louisville Public Media Board of Directors are not eligible to enter any contest conducted by Louisville Public Media while in office.
• All decisions of station management with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of winners and the interpretation of these rules are final. Each entrant, by virtue of entering the contest, agrees to accept the decision of the station as final.
• By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to have his or her name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation.
• Louisville Public Media reserves the right at any time to award another eligible winner of its choosing in the event the winner, for any reason, cannot accept or in the event the original winner does not meet eligibility requirements. If a winner fails to accept a prize for any reason, no make-good prize will be awarded nor will there be replacements for the forfeited prize.
• Winners accept responsibility for all taxes, tips and other liabilities. Substitution of prizes is not permitted. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.
• By entering, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Louisville Public Media, including all officers, directors, employees, volunteers and sponsors from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in Louisville Public Media promotions.
• There is no purchase or donation necessary. Void where prohibited.
